Dr. Tina Saksida is an Assistant Professor of Management and the Director of the Executive MBA program in the UPEI Faculty of Business. She holds a Ph.D. in industrial relations and human resources from the University of Toronto and specializes in the areas of organizational behaviour and human resource management (with a focus on gender and intergenerational issues at work), non-profit management (including unions), and evidence-based management. At UPEI, Dr. Saksida primarily teaches courses in research methods, evidence-based management, and negotiation, both at the undergraduate and MBA levels.
