Dr. Gottschall-Pass obtained her BSc (Nutrition & Consumer Studies) from St Francis Xavier University, a Dietetic Internship from Victoria Hospital in London, ON and a PhD in Human Nutrition from the University of Saskatchewan. Dr. Katherine Gottschall-Pass has been recognized as a Fellow of Dietitians of Canada (DC). She is a Registered Dietitian who worked in research and development for the food industry and taught at St Francis Xavier University prior to joining the Department of Family and Nutritional Sciences in 1996. Dr Gottschall-Pass has a special interest in promoting learning through writing.
